Santosh Martin is the Chief Revenue Officer for WeWork India. With over 20 years of experience,
Santosh has worked with firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Martin Infra Ventures, and DivyaSree Developers. He has also been an entrepreneur with ventures in hospitality, real estate, and technology.

One of the pioneers of Bangalore real estate, Santosh started his career with CBRE in 1997. Before
joining WeWork India, Santosh worked with Bagmane Developers Pvt. Ltd. as their Chief Marketing
Officer (CMO). His role at Bagmane entailed ensuring steady growth in Bagmane’s commercial portfolio across Bangalore and diversifying the business by creating Bagmane’s own managed offices brand. Santosh is a graduate of Xavier Institute of Management.
