Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of ticket purchase.
- No refunds will be processed for requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased through the official Workplace Awards website.
- Attendees who fail to attend the event for any reason will not be eligible for a refund.
- GST paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Approved refunds will be processed at 70% of the ticket amount, excluding GST.
- Also the platform fee charged for payment will not be refunded.
- Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refund timelines may vary based on the bank or payment gateway policies.
- Cancellation by Workplace Awards
- If Workplace Awards cancels the event, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
- In case of rescheduling, ticket holders may opt for a refund or transfer their ticket to the new date.
- Any refund issued due to event cancellation will be processed within 15 working days.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or attendees who fail to attend the event.
- Any service fees or processing charges incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for tickets obtained through unauthorised third-party sources
