Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of ticket purchase.
    • No refunds will be processed for requests made after 7 days of purchase.
    • Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased through the official Workplace Awards website.
    • Attendees who fail to attend the event for any reason will not be eligible for a refund.
    • GST paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Approved refunds will be processed at 70% of the ticket amount, excluding GST.
    • Also the platform fee charged for payment will not be refunded.
  2. Processing Time
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
    • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Refund timelines may vary based on the bank or payment gateway policies.
  3. Cancellation by Workplace Awards
    • If Workplace Awards cancels the event, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
    • In case of rescheduling, ticket holders may opt for a refund or transfer their ticket to the new date.
    • Any refund issued due to event cancellation will be processed within 15 working days.
  4. Non-Refundable Situations
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or attendees who fail to attend the event.
    • Any service fees or processing charges incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are not applicable for tickets obtained through unauthorised third-party sources
