1. Introduction
       These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Workplace Awards Elite Passes (tickets). By purchasing a pass,        you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase & Pricing
   • All ticket prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   • Workplace Awards reserves the right to modify event details, including date, venue, and schedule.
   • Discounts, promotional offers, and special deals are applicable only during the validity period specified.
3. Pass Usage
   • The Elite Pass is non-transferable and valid only for the registered attendee.
   • Any unauthorised duplication, sale, or resale of the pass is strictly prohibited.
   • Workplace Awards reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who fail to present valid proof of purchase or who violate event policies.
   • Attendees must comply with all security protocols and event guidelines issued by Workplace Awards.
4. Event Modifications & Cancellations
   • Workplace Awards reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or venue unavailability.
   • In such cases, registered attendees will be notified via email or official communication channels.
   • If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders may choose to transfer their ticket to the new date or request a refund as per the refund policy.
5. Attendee Conduct
   • Attendees must adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which prohibits disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct.
   • Workplace Awards reserves the right to remove any attendee violating the conduct guidelines without refund or compensation.
   • Any damages caused by an attendee to event property will be their sole responsibility.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
   • By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Workplace Awards collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for event-related communication and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
