RECOGNITION MARKS, BRANDING & LOGO USAGE POLICY

Effective Date: 1st January 2026This Recognition Marks, Branding & Logo Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Workplace Awards recognition marks, award logos, badges, certificates, award titles, digital assets, and related branding materials (“Recognition Marks”) by organizations and individuals recognized by Workplace Awards.By accepting a recognition, award, badge, certificate, or by using any Recognition Marks, recipients agree to comply with this Policy.

1. ABOUT WORKPLACE AWARDS

Workplace Awards is a platform dedicated to recognizing organizations and leaders for excellence in workplace innovation, leadership, culture, talent, employee experience, diversity, learning, and organizational impact.Recognition by Workplace Awards acknowledges achievements demonstrated during the applicable recognition cycle and shall not be construed as certification, accreditation, endorsement, ranking, regulatory approval, or guarantee of future performance.Workplace Awards is fully owned by Zyoin Web Pvt. Ltd

2. OWNERSHIP OF RECOGNITION MARKS

All Recognition Marks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Workplace Awards and its affiliated entities.These include, but are not limited to:
  • Workplace Awards
  • GCC Workplace Awards
  • GCC Workplace Innovation Summit & Awards
  • Workplace Awards logos
  • Award badges
  • Digital recognition marks
  • Certificates
  • Event branding
  • Award titles and recognition titles
  • Associated visual identities
Recipients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Recognition Marks in accordance with this Policy.No ownership rights are transferred.

3. OFFICIAL RECOGNITION CATEGORIES

A. ORGANIZATIONAL RECOGNITIONTop GCC of 2026This recognition is conferred upon organizations that have demonstrated outstanding workplace practices, innovation, leadership, employee experience, culture, talent development, and organizational impact.Organizations recognized as Top GCC of 2026 may use only the official recognition title provided by Workplace Awards.Approved references include:
  • Top GCC of 2026
  • Recognized as Top GCC of 2026
  • Recipient of Top GCC of 2026 Recognition
  • Top GCC of 2026 | Workplace Awards

B. LEADERSHIP RECOGNITION

Leadership recognitions may be conferred in the following categories:
  • Country Leader of 2026
  • Engineering & Product Leader of 2026
  • HR Leader of 2026
  • Talent Acquisition Leader of 2026
  • Legal Leader of 2026
  • Finance Leader of 2026
  • Organization Branding Leader of 2026
  • Woman Leader of 2026
Recipients may use only the exact title awarded.Examples:
  • Country Leader of 2026
  • HR Leader of 2026
  • Engineering & Product Leader of 2026
  • Finance Leader of 2026
Recipients shall not modify, abbreviate, or create derivative recognition titles.

4. PERMITTED USE OF RECOGNITION MARKS

Recipients may use Recognition Marks for:
  • Corporate websites
  • Employer branding campaigns
  • Career pages
  • Recruitment marketing
  • Corporate presentations
  • Annual reports
  • Investor presentations
  • Press releases
  • Social media communications
  • Internal communications
  • Email signatures
  • Office branding and displays
  • Marketing collateral
All usage must accurately represent the recognition received.

5. YEAR OF RECOGNITION

The recognition year must be displayed wherever reasonably practical.Examples of acceptable usage:✓ Top GCC of 2026✓ HR Leader of 2026✓ Country Leader of 2026Examples of unacceptable usage:✗ Top GCC✗ HR Leader✗ Country Leaderwithout reference to the recognition year.

6. FINALISTS AND NOMINEES

Organizations and individuals recognized as finalists, nominees, or shortlisted candidates may use only the recognition assets provided for that status.Examples:
  • Finalist – Workplace Awards 2026
  • Nominee – Workplace Awards 2026
Finalists and nominees shall not use winner logos or imply receipt of a recognition not granted.

7. LOGO USAGE STANDARDS

Recipients shall:
  • Use only official logos and artwork supplied by Workplace Awards.
  • Maintain original proportions and design integrity.
  • Preserve original colours and branding elements.
  • Ensure logos remain visible and legible.
Recipients shall not:
  • Modify logos.
  • Distort logos.
  • Change colours.
  • Remove branding elements.
  • Add visual effects.
  • Create derivative logos.
  • Combine Recognition Marks with other trademarks in a misleading manner.

8. EMPLOYER BRANDING AND RECRUITMENT USAGE

Organizations are encouraged to leverage recognition for employer branding and talent attraction purposes.Recognition may be referenced in:
  • Talent acquisition campaigns
  • Recruitment advertising
  • Employer branding initiatives
  • Candidate communications
  • Employee engagement campaigns
However, recognition shall not be presented as evidence of:
  • Workplace certification
  • Employment accreditation
  • Regulatory approval
  • Government approval
  • Industry ranking

9. MEDIA AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS

Recipients may publicly announce their recognition through media, public relations, and marketing channels.Recommended format:“[Organization Name] has been recognized as Top GCC of 2026 by Workplace Awards.”“[Leader Name] has been recognized as HR Leader of 2026 by Workplace Awards.”All communications should accurately reference:
  • Recognition title
  • Recognition year
  • Workplace Awards

10. PROHIBITED CLAIMS

Recipients shall not make statements such as:
  • India’s No.1 GCC
  • Best GCC in India
  • Certified GCC
  • Accredited Workplace
  • Workplace Awards Certified
  • Officially Endorsed by Workplace Awards
  • Government Approved Workplace
  • Certified HR Leader
  • Accredited Talent Leader
Recognition by Workplace Awards does not constitute:
  • Certification
  • Accreditation
  • Endorsement
  • Product approval
  • Service approval
  • Regulatory approval
  • Government recognition
  • Professional licensing

11. SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE

Recipients are encouraged to celebrate their recognition on social media.Posts should:
  • Use official Recognition Marks.
  • Reference the recognition title.
  • Reference the recognition year.
  • Accurately represent the recognition received.
Workplace Awards reserves the right to request modification or removal of misleading communications.

12. VERIFICATION OF RECOGNITION

Workplace Awards reserves the right to verify any public claim regarding recognition status.Recipients shall cooperate with reasonable verification requests.Workplace Awards may publish lists of recognized organizations and leaders for verification purposes.

13. REVOCATION OF USAGE RIGHTS

Workplace Awards reserves the right to suspend or revoke branding and logo usage rights if:
  • Information submitted during the recognition process is materially inaccurate or misleading.
  • Recognition Marks are used in violation of this Policy.
  • Public communications misrepresent recognition status.
  • Usage materially damages the reputation or credibility of Workplace Awards.
Upon written notice, recipients must discontinue use of Recognition Marks within thirty (30) days.

14. DISCLAIMER

Recognition by Workplace Awards reflects achievements, initiatives, leadership, innovation, workplace practices, and organizational impact demonstrated during the applicable recognition cycle.Recognition shall not be interpreted as:
  • Certification
  • Accreditation
  • Endorsement
  • Regulatory approval
  • Government approval
  • Guarantee of future business performance

15. AMENDMENTS

Workplace Awards reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.The latest version published on WorkplaceAwards.in shall supersede all prior versions.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
