Anjan has been with Northern Trust for over 15 years and currently is a Vice President part of the HR Talent Management and Development team. Anjan comes with a passion for facilitation and learning and has been actively leading the learning initiatives for Northern Trust, India. Anjan received the Chairman’s award for his contributions towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Anjan has been an active member of the Toastmasters Club at Northern Trust India and has completed his International Competent Leader certification.
