Mrinal brings 22 years of experience in setting up, scaling, and managing GBS/GCC organizations. She has worked with renowned companies like GE Capital, HSBC, JP Morgan, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Novartis, and Sanofi. Throughout her career, she has led multiple transformation programs and transitioned work for over 5000 headcounts. Mrinal holds an MBA from IMT and a master’s degree in commerce. She is currently heading the Sanofi Hyderabad Hub (GCC).
