With 23 years of experience, Nagalakshmi Shetty leads ICON’s Clinical Data Science teams across India and Japan and is Country Head for India. Since 2020, she has expanded ICON’s Bangalore operations and global delivery. She excels in Data Management, Safety, Biostatistics, and FSP models. An inclusion advocate, she leads APAC’s NOW chapter and was SCDM India’s first woman Chair. A Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA, she champions collaboration, improvement, and clinical research growth.
