Sahana Shetty has over twenty three years of experience in the People Function, leading Global
Organizations and Talent Growth by delivering strategic transformative outcomes. She has
managed culturally diverse global teams through periods of high growth as well as lead digital and
cultural transformation across US, UK and APAC. Sahana is passionate about building high-
performance and inclusive teams while celebrating differences.

Sahana is currently the Global People Partner – Infrastructure & Cloud at London Stock Exchange Group and was previously leading HR for Technology at ANZ. Prior to this, she was the HR Head of DreamWorks Animation and led the cultural transformation with a focus on employee experience. She has worked at organizations like Dell, Zinnov, Trilogy and IBM-Fiberlink etc.
