Sirisha Voruganti, CEO and MD of Lloyds Technology Centre, brings 33 years of global leadership across research, engineering, strategy, and tech innovation. She was the first woman MD at JP Morgan Chase India and led Mastercard India as Chairman. A former scientist on India’s missile and aircraft programs, she also served at Tech Mahindra, earning multiple innovation awards. With a master’s in Microwave Engineering and a Harvard Executive Program, Sirisha holds patents and sits on NASSCOM’s Executive Council.
